P90X3 - Day 4

Day 4 was a workout called "The Challenged". HS didn't believe me when I told him I thought it was just push-ups and pull-ups, but it was! I think there were four rounds...you would do the pull-ups then do the push-ups, repeat and then rest.

I stink at pull-ups!

I started on the pull-up bar with a chair for assistance. After Hot Stuff started giving me a bad time about using too much "leg", I switched to using a band...still hard.

This had to be the longest 30 minutes of my week!!!

Today's workout (Day 5) is something called CVX. According to the Beachbody website, this is "resistance combined with intervals to give you that full body burn and power up your core"...may have to rethink running after this one ;-)
